My name is Janet Tuohy, and Zen Hart defines the philosophy behind my counseling and consulting services. Zen is the art of achieving balance and enlightenment from within. The Hart is a mature deer that symbolizes strength, adaptability and resilience, even in the most adverse conditions.

I offer professional counseling and consulting/coaching services for individuals, couples, families, and groups. A unique service that I offer is my exclusive QDM (Questions Discover Meaning) protocol. QDM is a 5-step method that has proven to be very effective in helping people discover their own intuitive answers – even within a single session.

My approach is holistic. Through compassion, understanding, and accountability, I assist people in coming up with creative solutions to enhance their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. I believe that if we work together, take accountability for our own lives that we will create greater abundance and ripple greater joy to the world. Through this ripple effect, we extend our mission to foster harmony and strengthen our communities to make the world a better place.
