"Kanade ai Calendula (奏愛カレンデュラ) is the ending theme of The anime "Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East" (八犬伝 ―東方八犬異聞― Hakkenden: Tōhō Hakken Ibun) which is a Japanese manga series by Miyuki Abe based on the epic novel series Nansō Satomi Hakkenden. An anime adaptation of the manga, produced by Studio Deen, premiered on January 5, 2013. A second season has been announced to premiere summer 2013.

For the second season, the opening theme song is called "wonder fang" by Faylan, while the ending theme is called "Kanade ai Calendula" by Ceui. Ceui /ˈseɪ/ (born January 31) is a Japanese singer–songwriter originally from Chiba, Japan, though she grew up in Fukuoka. Ceui's name is derived from the Portuguese word for sky, céu. She has been singing since 2000, but made her major debut in 2007 singing the ending theme for the anime series Shattered Angels, and since then has done songs for other anime including Sola, Sora o Miageru Shōjo no Hitomi ni Utsuru Sekai, Sora Kake Girl, and Aoi Hana. She has released eleven singles and released her major debut album Glassy Heaven on July 22, 2009.
